BAR 44

Bar 44 is a Spanish restaurant group based across sites in Cardiff, Penarth and Bristol, run by brothers Owen and Tom Morgan. I worked with Tom and Owen to help realise a long-held dream of theirs: producing a book with which to showcase their incredible take on Spanish food and drink. Tapas Y Copas was a cookbook first for me, working as both photographer and designer. It is a collection of fantastic recipes and stories steeped in the gastronomic culture of Spain.
