Claire Clark is one of the world's great pastry chefs; Jean Cazals is one of its greatest food photographers; and Jo Harris provided beautiful props for this collection of cakes which spanned the globe. This was a second book for me working with Claire and Jean (also Indulge: 100 Perfect Desserts by (Absolute Press). Her pastry work is still the most perfect patisserie I've ever seen.
