CLAY'S HYDERABADI

Nandana and Sharat, the wife-husband team behind Clay's, opened their Reading-based restaurant in 2017. They did so to offer authentic regional Hyderabadi food to the people of the town, using indigineous Indian spices and unusual ingredients alongside working with fantastic British suppliers. They expanded to a home delivery service when Covid hit and their wonderful food reached national acclaim.
