I've been working with the team at Gold, based at the top of Portobello Road, since before their opening in the late spring of 2019. It's established itself as a vibrant community-strong restaurant and late-night bar: effortlessly cool in its aesthetics, but serving honest and rave-reviewed food, cooked mostly over flame. DIVINE CHOCOLATE COOKBOOK
Divine Chocolate was established in 1998 and is co-owned by the Kuapa Kokoo cocoa farmers’ co-operative in Ghana, who are the major shareholders in the company. The book features over 75 chocolate-based recipes, crafted by writer-baker supremo, Linda Collister and beautifully realised for the book by one of the UK’s finest food stylists, Linda Tubby. Lisa Barber photographed the wonderfully indulgent results beautifully.
