I've been working with the team at Gold, based at the top of Portobello Road, since before their opening in the late spring of 2019. It's established itself as a vibrant community-strong restaurant and late-night bar: effortlessly cool in its aesthetics, but serving honest and rave-reviewed food, cooked mostly over flame. BRISTOL LIDO
The Lido in Clifton, Bristol is a truly unique place: a glass-fronted poolside restaurant which overlooks an open-air pool. The Lido dates back to Victorian times and is a beautiful fusion of old and new, nestled right into the heart of the city. It's one of those places where the eye never quite rests. The food is Mediterranean-inspired, with a combination of tapas and classical à la carte dishes, all of which always offer something visually exciting to capture.
