RECREATE: THE MILSOM COOKBOOK

Le Talbooth Restaurant was discovered by the late Gerald Milsom in 1952, when it was just a simple tearoom with a superb location by the River Stour. Several years later, in 1969, Gerald bought Maison Talbooth and established it as a luxury hotel. The Pier in Harwich was added to the group in 1978! In 2001, son Paul Milsom and wife Geraldine opened Milsoms in Dedham, which quickly became the place to eat, drink and stay in Essex. This book is a celebration of the food, people and places of the Milsom group.
